Marie Diot is a singer-songwriter. Her music is a mixture of catchy indie pop, elegant chanson, and a whole lot of fun. She manages to sing about curious topics with an unbiased view and her cheerful, witty manner in such a way that, in the end, everyone in the audience can relate to the songs.
On her current album, “Ein Kohlrabi unter Kolibris” (A Kohlrabi Among Hummingbirds), the singer-songwriter presents herself as musically and thematically versatile, skillfully balancing melancholy and silliness, indie pop and chanson, and uniting everything with her unique style.
Supported by the fabulous multi-instrumentalist Fabian Großberg, her tour has already taken her all over Germany.
