10 Years AFF

The African Food Festival Berlin invites all food and culture enthusiasts to join the festivities at Jules B-Part in the heart of the city, at Gleisdreieckpark.

The AFFB has established itself as Berlin’s largest festival for modern African culture and cuisine, inviting people from all backgrounds to discover and enjoy Africa’s rich diversity.

In addition to the culinary experience, the market is known for its unique and diverse offerings from small businesses whose supply chains are based in their countries of origin. At the indoor designer market, young entrepreneurs and designers offer their “made in Africa” and “African-inspired” products in the fields of fashion, design, jewelry, home decor, food, beauty, children’s items, and literature.

The AFFB’s musical program is also a highlight. From Afrobeats and Amapiano to Afrohouse, Highlife, Afro Trap, and Hip Hop—the DJs ensure a great atmosphere.

Since 2016, the African Food Festival Berlin has celebrated the diversity of African culture and cuisine, as well as current trends from the continent and the diaspora in the fields of music, art, literature, fashion, and design.
