The ivy-covered façade of Café Dachkammer is located on the popular Simon-Dach-Straße. While Aperol Spritz glasses sparkle in the sunlight outside the door in summer, the cosy interior offers enough space for Berlin's eager bar-goers on colder days – complete with vintage sofas, dim lighting and exposed brick walls.
Café, bar and living room in one
Café Dachkammer spans two floors with many small and larger rooms connected by a charming spiral staircase. Depending on the occasion, you can enjoy private moments here or spend the evening in larger groups and dive into Berlin's nightlife. Between freestanding brick walls, floral wallpaper, sofas and armchairs, you immediately feel at home – except that you don't have to mix the delicious cocktails yourself.
Attic room with balcony
On the upper floor of this bar with a shared flat character, a little surprise awaits you in the form of the Café Dachkammer balcony. There's no room for a table here, but there are four chairs, storage space for Aperol Spritz and co. and a view over Simon-Dach-Straße.

- Many Berlin clubs, such as Berghain and Watergate, are a leisurely stroll away from Café Dachkammer. This makes it the ideal place to start a long evening in a relaxed manner.
- The menu features not only delicious drinks, but also tasty dishes such as tarte flambée and schnitzel.
- The bar has a separate room for smokers, making it suitable for non-smokers as well.
Your visit to Café Dachkammer
Café Dachkammer is located in the heart of Friedrichshain's Simon-Dach neighbourhood and is open from 1 p.m. until late at night (open end). The Frankfurter Tor underground station and S+U Warschauer Straße are both about a ten-minute walk away. The Libauer Straße tram station (M10/M13) is also within walking distance. Nearby attractions include Boxhagener Platz with its weekly market and flea market, the RAW grounds with street art, and numerous bars and restaurants along Revaler and Warschauer Straße.
