Anyone familiar with I Prevail knows: their true strength unfolds live. When thunderous riffs, intense visuals, and explosive choruses collide, pure adrenaline energy is created. At the end of 2026, I Prevail will return to Berlin for a concert – a must-see for anyone who wants to experience the raw power of "Violent Nature" and their biggest hits of recent years up close.
Their breakthrough came overnight – with a metal cover of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" that went viral on YouTube in 2014. Shortly after, their debut EP "Heart vs. Mind" followed, followed by their first album "Lifelines" in 2016, whose energetic metalcore, catchy melodies, and honest lyrics won over fans and critics alike. The result: gold status in the US and Canada.
With "Trauma" (2019), the band took the next step, expanding their sound to include electronic and hip-hop elements – a bold move that earned them Grammy nominations for Best Rock Album and Best Metal Performance. Three years later, "True Power" followed, an album that once again made a global impact with heavy riffs, anthemic hooks, and modern trap and pop influences.
In 2025, I Prevail ushered in a new era with "Violent Nature" – harder, darker, and more uncompromising. Following the departure of co-vocalist Brian Burkheiser, Eric Vanlerberghe took over all vocal duties for the first time – from clean vocal lines to brutal screams. Together with Steve Menoian and Dylan Bowman (guitars), Gabe Helguera (drums), and Jon Eberhard (bass), he created a work that perfectly blends raw energy and emotional depth.
