NoonSong - Song & Prayer

Reger's
song "Und unser lieben Frauen" is one of the most popular and
touching choral works of the Romantic period, especially in the chamber music
interpretation by sirventes berlin. With the romantic music of Lewandowski,
following in the footsteps of Mendelssohn, and the strictly liturgical music of
Rheinberger, this NoonSong features Advent music that warms the heart.

NoonSong - what's that?

Every Saturday at noon, locals, visitors to Berlin, music fans and architecture enthusiasts gather for NoonSong. It is both a concert and a church service, developed from Anglican Evensong. Eight professional singers from the vocal ensemble sirventes berlin perform choral music under the direction of Stefan Schuck. The repertoire ranges from Renaissance music to contemporary compositions.
