Now, new architectural approaches are also being explored in residential and commercial construction that do not necessarily follow conventional gentrification processes. Raw concrete and modular timber construction enable quick and cost-effective building beyond conventional building techniques.
The Lobe-Haus has gained national recognition. It imaginatively exploits the possibilities of building codes and creates a distinctive place with publicly accessible terraces.
