The power and flavours of European cuisine

The "Exil" used to be a meeting place for creative artists, where stars such as David Bowie, Iggy Pop and Jack Nicholson came and went. Today, the Horváth restaurant is located in the same place : chef Sebastian Frank has been at the cooker since 2010.

Together with his wife Jeannine Frank, the Austrian-born chef has given vegetables a new lease of life: The couple call their unconventional dishes emancipated vegetable cuisine , which have earned Horváth two Michelin stars and five toques from Gault Millau. When you visit, you can expect authentic flavours and creations that transform fruit and vegetables into culinary masterpieces!
