YOU CAN DANCE! - Ballet and Hip-Hop Workshop for Kids and Teens

In this workshop at the Admiralspalast, Creative Learning gives you the chance to do just that! Be a part of it and get a taste of ballet choreography while having fun with movement.

You'll learn ballet steps, get a feel for what it's like to dance on a big stage, and can then perform the choreography you've learned together with dancers from the Zehlendorf Ballet and Dance Studio.

No prior experience is necessary.

Please bring the following (not required):

• White leotard or top
  
• White dance skirt (maximum knee length)
  
• White tights
  
• White dance slippers (or white socks if you don't have them)
  
• Hair in a ponytail or bun
  

HIP HOP WORKSHOP

FROM THE STREETS TO THE STAGE!

Have you always wanted to dance hip-hop—but didn't know where or how? Or have you dreamed of performing on a real theater stage and showing off your talent?

Now's your chance! This hip-hop workshop, part of the Creative Learning program, brings beats and moves directly to the Admiralspalast!

This is about dance, expression, and community—about respect, identity, and your own story. You'll learn hip-hop moves and choreography, work in a professional performance space, and experience what it feels like to be part of a real show.

Please bring the following (not required):

• Sports shoes
  
• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
  
• And a good mood
  

We'll master the rest together.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

AGE GROUP KIDS (7-10 YEARS)

9:30-10:00 AM: Doors open

10:00-11:00 AM: On the main stage / in the hall

15-minute break with refreshments

11:15 AM-12:00 PM: On the main stage / in the hall

12:00-12:30 PM: Closing session on stage

AGE GROUP TEENS (11-15 YEARS)

12:30-1:00 PM: Doors open

1:00-2:00 PM: On the main stage / in the hall

15-minute break with refreshments

2:15-3:00 PM: On the main stage / in the hall

3:00-3:30 PM: Closing session on the main stage Stage

To the parents:

You are welcome to stay in the theater during your children's and/or teenagers' workshop. A lounge area will be set up where refreshments will be available.
