It howls and roars, things flutter and the wind rages, blowing hats off heads and leaves and apples from the trees. With an umbrella open and wellies on, it’s a splash and a squelch through the puddles.

The wind blows into the mousehole and gives little Jakob a good blow-through. He’s quite amazed by the colourful swirl of leaves.

He tries his hand at flying a kite, but at the harvest festival, sadly, the mouse clock already strikes the hour for hibernation.
