Open-air design market with 100 booths
The Wedding Market takes place on Leopoldplatz every second Sunday of the month from April through November, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For the first time, the market will begin as early as April. The Wedding Market is celebrating its 14th anniversary and the start of the season.

Visitors can look forward to an exciting Sunday with around 100 high-quality, rotating vendors, 10 street food stands, and a supporting program featuring music and dance. In addition, innovative triangular booths—designed and produced specifically for the Wedding Market—will lend Leopoldplatz an artistic flair.
The event showcases the diversity of this vibrant neighborhood. Artisans, designers, and artists will display their work: ceramics, screen prints, glass art, illustrations, paintings, handmade jewelry, photographs, handmade fashion, and unique art objects.
All “Made in Berlin.”
Food vendors treat the crowd to a variety of street food: from coffee and sweet churros to handmade tofu, African rice dishes, and pasta freshly prepared on-site, all the way to wonton and creative vegan specialties. A beverage stand serving chilled Aperol Spritz provides a refreshing break. The vendors change with each event, ensuring that every visit remains interesting.
Along with laid-back street music, the fountain area on Leopoldplatz transforms into a dance floor.
Starting at 3:30 p.m., there’s a short introductory class in Brazilian forró dancing, with free choice of partners. Everyone is welcome.
A special highlight for children will be offered at each event, which will be announced in advance.
Admission to the market is free.
All dates for 2026 are: Sun, April 12, May 10, June 14, July 12, Aug. 9, Sept. 13, Oct. 11, Nov. 8, 2026, as well as the Winter Market in December.
Hours are 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on each date, and 11 a.m.–7 p.m. in December.
