Sangre de mi Sangre – which translates as ‘Blood of my Blood’ – is a campaign launched in 2019 by the feminist collective Colectiva Hilos in Guadalajara, Mexico. The aim is to raise awareness of feminicide through collective finger crocheting, with the red nets symbolising the blood shed as a result of patriarchal violence whilst also making collective resistance visible.

Since 2024, the Network Against Femicide has been participating in the initiative and, in the run-up to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on 25 November, is inviting people to join a group online session.
