On 24 and 25 January, Vallery's Galley invites you to a special cooking experience at Terra Craft Kitchen. A unique cooking class where food brings people together, encourages conversation and focuses on shared experiences.

Preparation, cooking, serving and enjoyment take place at a large table – Mediterranean, seasonal and conscious. It's not about perfection, but about closeness, craftsmanship and sharing time and taste.
What to expect:
- Aperitivo and welcome drink upon arrival
- Antipasti, focaccia and joint preparation of selected dishes
- Seasonal three-course menu
- Starter and dessert are cooked together
- The main course is prepared, served and comes from the Wave Food cookbook, which will be published in spring
- Italian wine pairing & water throughout the evening
- Dessert, espresso and a shared finale
- Recipes to take home
