Watcher on the Hills is a solo performance that refuses spectacle. Inside the vast industrial space of Uferstudios, a single body becomes the landscape of an inner world we rarely allow ourselves to witness.
Those present are not placed outside the action, but become watchers — moving freely through the space as the performer’s body passes through gravity, tenderness, exhaustion, uncertainty, ache, and collapse.
What unfolds is not a story, but a state: the effort to remain structured and functional while something inside is silently giving way. Using only body, breath, voice, and the raw architecture of the studio, the work strips away theatrical illusion and invites a rare experience of presence.
This is not a narrative or a representation.
It is an act of existential exposure — a body and psyche encountering themselves in real time, in front of others’ eyes.
