Urban sketching is the practice of sketching on location. The goal is to capture inner-city scenes and subjects on paper as quickly and casually as possible.

Similar to traditional plein air painting, participants do not use a canvas or paints, but only a pencil and sketchpad.
Please bring: pencils and a sketchbook or paper and a surface to draw on, and possibly a folding chair.
