More than any other ensemble, Trio con Brio Copenhagen has provided fresh impetus for the development of the piano trio in recent years.

Each season, the three musicians present a world premiere; since 2024, three of these have taken place at the Pierre Boulez Saal alone. This time, they are bringing a new work by the German-Danish composer Søren Nils Eichberg. The program also features piano trios by Johannes Brahms and Bohuslav Martinů.
