Piano Trios by Martinů, Eichberg, and Brahms
More than any other ensemble, the Trio con Brio Copenhagen has provided new impetus for the development of the piano trio in recent years.

Each season, the three musicians present a world premiere; since 2024, they have presented three such premieres at the Pierre Boulez Saal alone. This time, they are bringing a new work by the German-Danish composer Søren Nils Eichberg. The program also features piano trios by Johannes Brahms and Bohuslav Martinů.
