Since February 2025, the Samurai Museum Berlin has been hosting special monthly tea gatherings led by the renowned Japanese tea master Atsuko.

In July, an extraordinary highlight awaits guests: Chinese tea master Kwok Ying von Beuningen (Joyce) will participate as the guest of honor.
This special gathering offers a rare opportunity to experience two fascinating tea cultures simultaneously – an inspiring exchange that explores both the similarities and differences between Japanese and Chinese tea traditions.
As Joyce so beautifully puts it:
"Through the practice of tea, we learn to appreciate beauty in and through tea and ultimately find our own way of expressing our gratitude to nature."
