A journey of discovery through the plant world

It’s hard to believe that protected habitats have developed around the runways, home to numerous insects and birds, and where sheep, horses, cattle, and goats now graze.

But the plants that grow here have to be able to withstand quite a lot: heat, drought, and wind. Most of the plants found here are true specialists, and with our really good magnifying glasses, you can clearly see their unique features. You’ll be amazed at the fascinating things there are to discover.

Dive into this unknown world and take a close look—you’ll get smarter along the way!
