Writing. Meditation. Brunch.
Here’s what our morning looks like:
First, we’ll settle in together: with a guided meditation that clears our minds and gets us in the mood for writing.
Then we dive right in: A first writing exercise with reflective questions around a shared theme—gratitude, focus, best-case scenarios, or a look at our goals. These prompts come from my online course “Journaling for Beginners” and give you a gentle, structured introduction to writing.
Of course, there’s also time for free writing: on your own project, with additional writing prompts from me, or simply with whatever’s on your mind right now. To wrap things up, anyone who’d like to can read a passage aloud or briefly share what moved them that morning—voluntarily, of course.
By the way: It doesn’t matter at all whether you’re just starting out or have been writing for a long time. All levels are welcome!

Accessibility
The entrance to the event room is at ground level and accessible via a 15-centimeter-high step. Unfortunately, the restroom is not wheelchair accessible.
