Sound of Cinema – Hans Zimmer

With a touch of Hollywood: The music of Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer meets the warm sound of a large string ensemble and his longtime favorite percussionist, Lucy Landymore, who will also present her own impressive work as a soloist.

The program is rounded out by Mahler’s moving “Adagietto” and Bach’s timeless “The Art of Fugue”—a concert evening blending film music, classical music, and sonic magic.
