The 250th anniversary of the birth of the famous Romantic poet E.T.A. Hoffmann will be the occasion for a winter walk through the cemeteries outside the Hallesches Tor (Halle Gate).

The poet is buried there, and you will explore his life and times, visit the graves of Hoffmann's contemporaries, and immerse yourselves in the – sometimes idealized – era of Romanticism.

The tour starts and ends at the main entrance to the cemeteries outside the Hallesches Tor at Mehringdamm 22.
