On 23 February 2027, the Quadriga Situation Room invites decision-makers to a one-day executive programme at Quadriga University Berlin. The focus will be on a simulation exercise organised by the German Wargaming Centre at the University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg: in a realistic crisis simulation, participants will make decisions under time pressure and with incomplete information – and experience first-hand the consequences of those decisions.

The programme is underpinned by high-level briefings on security policy, the economy and the Bundeswehr. Nico Lange (IRIS), Albrecht Broemme (Honorary President of THW), Major General Andreas Henne (Commander of the Home Defence Division), Rear Admiral Sascha Helge Rackwitz (Commander of the Bundeswehr Command and Staff College) and Manja Schreiner (Chief Executive of the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce) will assess the security situation and highlight the risks facing businesses and what really matters. Moderator: Christian Gummig (DEUTSCHLAND MACHT ALARM).

Participants will take away a crisis checklist covering: responsibilities, decision-making processes and immediate measures. The event is deliberately limited to 80 participants and will be held under the Chatham House Rule – to ensure an open exchange on an equal footing.

Target audience: Managing directors, board members and managing partners. The event is organised by zentrum Nachhaltige Transformation GmbH.
