The entire city as a project space
Each day, a selected project space takes charge of the program, hosting exhibitions, performances, and special events.
The festival sees itself as an initiative of Berlin's independent visual arts scene and is based on the shared goal of promoting visibility, exchange, and mutual support.
With a total of 30 events at 30 different locations, the Project Space Festival offers a comprehensive overview of the artistic and curatorial practices of self-organized spaces and celebrates community as a public luxury.
All events are free of charge.
The Project Space Festival 2026 is funded by the Capital Cultural Fund.
