Perfect Ruins transforms the marks, fractures and remnants that have formed on the body into a language of the senses. Body, language and material become elements that give rise to the narratives of these sensations.
This performance reflects the body’s sense of time, as it emerges between transformation, disappearance and permanence.
Wounds and fractures, once perceived as flaws, lead – through the body’s traces and transformations – to new sensations and renewed vitality.
The movements and oscillations between completeness and incompleteness do not aim for a final result, but become a process that captures moments of change.
Personal narratives, the body and the properties of the material reveal these moments and invite others to share in this sensory experience.
