Open Lab Abend: Mit Meeren leben, aber wie?

In this Open Lab evening you can exchange ideas for a sustainable future of our oceans with other workshop participants and develop creative impulses and visions together.

In the workshop, we will use the Future Box on the topic of oceans, which the German Alliance for Marine Research (DAM) has developed for the Ocean Future Lab with the support of the Futurium. DAM will bring the results from the workshops into the dialogue with decision-makers from politics, society and industry.

The Ocean Future Lab is a project in the Year of Science 2022 - In Demand! This year, the focus is on questions for research and the engagement of citizens:inside. As an innovative example, the Ocean Future Lab aims to provide impulses and participatory formats on the topic of sustainability in dealing with coasts, seas and oceans. Citizen engagement in dialogue with marine science in future decisions on the protection and use of the oceans is a focus of the International Decade of Marine Research for Sustainable Development 2021 to 2030.
