the French composer Lily Boulanger will be performed for the first time at
NoonSong. This unusual woman created some particularly moving works in the 25
years of her life. Together with the music of Becker and the popular
"Übers Gebirg" by Eccard, this NoonSong sets a contemplative mood for
the Advent season.

NoonSong - what's that?
Every Saturday at noon, locals, visitors to Berlin, music fans and architecture enthusiasts gather for NoonSong. It is both a concert and a church service, developed from Anglican Evensong. Eight professional singers from the vocal ensemble sirventes berlin perform choral music under the direction of Stefan Schuck. The repertoire ranges from Renaissance music to contemporary compositions.
