TROTZDEM tells a story of shame, anger and pride – of emotions that can become entrenched in our bodies, stifle our voices and make us feel small. Yet from anger comes action; from shame grows the desire to be seen; and from pride comes the strength to be true to oneself.

Voices, choreography and music weave personal experiences into a shared narrative. Because no one has to remain alone: everyone can see one another, make space for one another and stand up for one another.
TROTZDEM is a plea for freedom, love, diversity and community – and for the courage to be visible together. A post-performance discussion with the audience will take place following the performance.
