Mini-dramas as thick as a fist, very loosely based on Goethe
Goethe’s *Faust* with a twist: Sketches and mini-plays don’t simply retell Germany’s most famous drama, but reexamine it anew—sometimes as a courtroom drama, sometimes as a puppet show, and sometimes as an Italian farce.
Together, they offer a fresh and irreverent take on the classic. You don’t have to be familiar with Goethe to enjoy these scenes. But afterward, you might find yourself wanting to read him (again).
