The Hamburger Bahnhof houses rich collections of contemporary art, which are shown in a variety of exhibitions. In addition to the newly designed permanent exhibitions “National Gallery. A Collection for the 21st Century”, “Forum Hamburger Bahnhof” and “Infinite Exhibition” are currently showing special exhibitions by Eva Fàbregas, Liam Gillick, Fred Sandback and Christina Quarles.

Since the beginning of her artistic activity, Flaka Haliti has dealt with social structures and power relations in sculptures, installations and photographs - with humor, ingenuity and poetry. She talks to Catherine Nichols about her work “Just Hanging Around”, which has been on display in the exhibition “Nationalgalerie. A Collection for the 21st Century': a curtain hanging from the ceiling like a sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. In the context of her oeuvre, the Pristina-born artist explores the political dimension of hanging out.

Old Museum, New Museum, Pergamon Museum, Old National Gallery, James Simon Gallery, Ethnological Museum and Museum of Asian Art in the Humboldt Forum, New National Gallery, Hamburger Bahnhof.

box office | on August 27 from 12 p.m. at the Lustgarten, from 5 p.m. in the participating museums.
Prize | until 13.8.: 12 euros / reduced 10 euros; from 13.8.: 18 euros / reduced 12 euros. Children up to 12 years have free entry.
Discounts | Pupils, trainees, students, participants in federal voluntary services, transfer benefit recipients, Berlin Pass holders and severely disabled people receive ID against ID. Companions of severely disabled people with a “B” pass have free entry.
Other tickets such as the annual ticket for the State Museums or the Berlin Museum Pass are not valid during the Long Night of the Museums.
