A musical foray through U.S. vocal music of the past two centuries. Among others, compositions by Samuel Barber, William Henry Smith, Timothy C. Takach, Noble Cain, Kurt Knecht, John Cage and Edward MacDowell will be heard.

The vocal group VIP is a young ensemble consisting of eight former members of the Dresden Kreuzchor and the Thomanerchor Leipzig. They are at home in the beautiful city of Dresden and perform a cappella music from classical to pop throughout Germany and abroad.
