Exploring Futures in Space through Transformative Storytelling (Drop-in session)
In this workshop, you’ll develop your own stories about the future, centred on life in the solar system. The starting point is a scenario in which life on Earth has become more sustainable, whilst the first permanent settlements are being established on the Moon and Mars. But humanity is divided: should it focus its efforts on saving Earth, or seek new opportunities in space?
Using the ‘Transformative Storytelling’ method, you’ll gradually sketch out a picture of a possible world. You’ll put yourselves in the shoes of a person from this future and tell their story. This makes abstract developments tangible and brings different perspectives to light
The workshop is aimed at participants aged 16 and over. No prior knowledge is required. The drop-in format is open: you can join and leave at any time – no registration is necessary.
