A unique jewel of the diverse, now almost vanished "Ladies Only" scene of the 1990s with its rich cultural offerings by and for lesbians celebrates its 32nd birthday: LÄSBISCH-TV.
More than 130 lesbian women participated in the production of the 27 one-hour monthly broadcasts. In short reports, alternating teams commented on international current affairs, art, politics, sports, everyday life, film, sex, news from all over the world, event tips, and much more, always from a lesbian and feminist perspective.
Political statements, diverse individual opinions, cheeky introductions and a self-critical reflection of its own women's and lesbian scene testify to the progressive dynamics of LÄSBISCH-TV in its time.
A no-budget project, passionately idealistic amidst the insanity of the commercial media apparatus. All contributions are still current !
