La Chica & El Duende Orchestra

On their collaborative album released in 2024, La Chica and El Duende blend Latin American folklore, classical European influences such as Ravel and Debussy, traditional boleros, and analog synthesizers.

Together with the El Duende Orchestra, an original and hybrid ensemble of twelve musicians, they create an unprecedented orchestral format that moves between chamber music and contemporary pop.

The program is based on El Duende’s orchestral re-arrangements of La Chica’s repertoire and alternates with moments of original compositions that have emerged from this collaboration. Between reinterpretation and creation, the concert traces a continuous musical journey through classical traditions and the rhythmic and harmonic languages of Latin America.

With incredible presence and a passion for sound, La Chica takes the audience on a sonic journey through mysticism, stories, and mixed identities.
