San Lurins x Indivinoum x CHOI
Marco Pecorari is travelling from Friuli to Berlin to present his wines, which are made from 50-year-old family vines. The vineyards have been organically farmed since the late 1990s.
The wines are brought to Berlin by Indivinoum, a duo who maintain close personal relationships with winemakers and select wines from people whose work and philosophy inspire them.
For this evening at CHOI, Sooyeon Choi will prepare a Korean dish to pair with each glass.
