Concert of the Choir at the Vineyard
Johann Sebastian Bach's Christmas Oratorio is one of the most famous works of sacred music and is a cherished part of the Christmas season for many. This year, it will once again be a special musical highlight for the congregation.

Under the direction of Julia Hedtfeld, the choirs of the Weinberg parish will perform together with the Ensemble Polisono. The program includes Cantatas I, III, and IV: "Jauchzet, frohlocket" (Rejoice, be glad) with its festive opening, the Shepherds' Music with its warm, pastoral sounds, and the more contemplative New Year's Cantata, characterized by gratitude and hope. Chorales, arias, and recitatives will tell the Christmas story in a moving way.
