The German-Bulgarian Forum, in collaboration with the Museum Berlin-Karlshorst, invites you to a panel discussion on current security policy challenges in Europe and the Balkans.

Museum Berlin-Karlshorst
The event will focus on the question of what role the Balkans play in the context of hybrid threats against Europe. The discussion will cover historical developments as well as current forms of political influence and the resulting challenges for the European security order.
The keynote speaker will be former Ambassador Rolf Nikel, former German Ambassador to Warsaw and long-standing Vice-Chair of the German Council on Foreign Relations. Other experts will contribute to the discussion from a variety of perspectives.
