The crux of the matter: Kids often don’t know exactly why something is good for them—or why it isn’t. “The Nutrient Story” explains it all. Funny, kid-friendly… and without any finger-wagging. In 45 minutes packed with jokes and interactive activities, kids in preschool and elementary school experience, together with their family, their group, clique, or class, how the Nutrientis—led by Vitamin Deee—use their superpowers and magic to defeat the wicked Lady Schrottsky and save a farm festival. To do so, they must solve a “Frischi” kitchen riddle, find a secret passage, and finally outwit the sugary-greasy villain and her dino dogs.
The play is based on the successful book “Die Nährstoffgeschichte” by Maren Bucec and Carmen Eder, which was created in collaboration with numerous experts in nutrition science, education, and pediatrics.
