For the annual Nikolaizauber, the neighborhood invites families in particular to enjoy cabaret, live music, acrobatics, and historical games.
In front of the museum lab in the Nikolaiviertel, young and young-at-heart visitors can try out games that children enjoyed as far back as a hundred years ago.
Spinning tops, walking on stilts, throwing wooden rings, sack races, and riding a hobby horse are just a few of the games you can try. A thick rope also challenges small teams to a tug-of-war. Maybe this will even bring back childhood memories for the older folks!
