Theatrical Audiowalk in the Hansaviertel

The Hansaplatz in Berlin is a place that was built in the 1950s as part of Interbau with the aim of providing an ideal public meeting place. Thus a wide variety of people come together, residents*, pupils*, theatregoers*, homeless people, but also people who work here or spend their leisure time here. They all have different perspectives and views of the place.

All these perspectives exist in the neighbourhood, sometimes they come into conflict with each other.Together we dare to look beneath the surface of Hansaplatz. In cooperation with pupils* from the neighbourhood, a theatrical audio walk will be developed that makes it possible to experience the square from an unusual, more detailed perspective. The audience itself becomes actors*, discovers the stories of the people, small and large interactions and thus enters the middle of the events of this unique place.

Participation in the Audiowalks is free of charge. Please register by e-mail to fabian.schrader@grips-theater.de
