Video installation in the studio at the visitor center
What did the fall of the Wall, German reunification and the changes of the following years mean for the course of their lives?
About the artists, the concept and its realisation
Ina Rommee works as a video artist, Stefan Krauss as a filmmaker. Together, as KRRO Film, they produce life-story interviews, documentary films and video installations. Their work focuses on people whose experiences are often given little voice in public and media debates. The idea for the ‘Generation 1975’ project was developed by education researcher Dr Christiane Bertram (University of Tübingen) in collaboration with Stefan Krauss and Ina Rommee.
A video installation by KRRO Film and the Hector Institute for Empirical Educational Research
In cooperation with the Berlin Wall Foundation, the Coordinating Office for Contemporary Witnesses and the Centre for School Quality and Teacher Training (ZSL)
Funded by the Federal Foundation for the Reappraisal of the SED Dictatorship
