Hardly any other band has shaped the recent Irish music craze quite like Fontaines D.C. Emerging from the Dublin post-punk scene, the quintet rose to international rock stardom within just a few years. With albums such as *Dogrel*, *Skinty Fia* and *Romance*, Grian Chatten and co. have continually expanded their sound – from dark post-punk to alternative rock and electronic influences.

Fontaines D. C.
Now Fontaines D.C. are opening a new chapter with *Dopamine Chamber*. Their fifth studio album, due for release in October, features a greater emphasis on synthesisers and electronic soundscapes.
In November, the Irish band will also be bringing their new material to Germany: on 2 November, they’ll be playing at Berlin’s Max-Schmeling-Halle, supported by the Irish post-punk duo Chalk.
