Long Saturday of Museums in Potsdam-Mittelmark and other districts
On 24 October, many museums in Potsdam-Mittelmark and numerous other districts across the state of Brandenburg will open their doors for a special day of activities. Since ‘Feuer und Flamme für unsere Museen’ was launched for the first time in 2005, this event has become a special, cross-generational cultural occasion in the region.

Many museums are inviting visitors free of charge to look beyond the usual and discover something new and unfamiliar; from 1 pm, Caputh Palace will also be taking part.
