Workshop for children
In the darkened exhibition space, slide projectors spin, images glow on the walls. As part of Family Sunday, everyone explores the exhibition "Rey Akdogan. Carousels" together and discusses how the artist creates fascinating compositions from foil and plastic scraps.
The participating children experiment with light colors, shadows, and their own projections. What happens when you mix blue and red light? Which materials cast which shadows? In the studio**, you'll create your own pictures from colorful packaging and foil, which we'll then illuminate.
Do you have any colorful, transparent plastic waste at home? Perhaps a pretty candy wrapper, a shopping bag, or a broken umbrella? Feel free to bring materials to experiment with and create your artwork.
Maximum 20 people. Ages 4 and up, accompanied by a parent.
Free ticket for those under 18. The ticket includes admission to the exhibition.
Booking information: A maximum of 2 adult tickets and 4 child tickets can be booked per transaction. For larger groups, please make multiple bookings.
