School chaos guaranteed to get stuck in your head
This is anything but an ordinary school day: Instead of dry classroom lessons, the audience can expect a fast-paced show full of quick-witted dialogue, whimsical situations, and surprising musical numbers. The soundtrack was composed by hitmakers Simon Triebel (Mark Forster, Sarah Connor, among others) and Nico Rebscher (Adel Tawil, Rea Garvey, among others), and its catchy tunes are just as sure to stick in your head as the high-energy choreography is sure to thrill.
The Story
After his release from prison, Zeki Müller has only one goal: to recover the loot from his last heist. But of all places, the very spot where the money was buried is now home to the gym at Goethe Comprehensive School. To get to his hiding spot, he applies for a job as a janitor. However, due to a misunderstanding, Principal Ms. Gerster promptly appoints him as a substitute teacher for the notorious chaotic Class 10B.
Using unconventional methods and plenty of improvisation, Zeki tries to get his students under control. This raises the question of whether he can win the class over—and what will become of his search for the loot and his desire for a fresh start.
A musical for fans of the cult comedy
With plenty of wit, familiar characters, and a healthy dose of self-deprecating humor, the musical brings the beloved film to life on stage. Anyone who fondly remembers their own school days—or simply wants to enjoy an entertaining evening of musical theater—can look forward to a fast-paced production full of humor, music, and chaos.
