The varied discovery booklet takes you through the Natur Park Südgelände - an old train station site that has become a treasure trove of biodiversity in the middle of the city.

The first part of the booklet explores the old railroad technology: a steam locomotive, the turntable and the water tower. Many relics from the station days can still be found here. How much water does the steam locomotive fill up with? Where were the coals stored? And why are there no more turntables at the stations today?
The second part of the discovery booklet is dedicated to the diverse flora and fauna of the park.
The terrain is explored playfully and independent tasks and riddles are solved along the route.
The two exclusive tours are accompanied by the educational association Pindactica e.V.
