Distant Bells, from Brno, Czech Republic, are eight passionate musicians who have taken on this task—with great success. The eight-piece band covers Pink Floyd using a wide array of live instruments: three guitars, six vocalists, two keyboards, a bass, drums, and a saxophone. For Distant Bells, playing live means recreating the vintage sound as faithfully as possible. At their concerts, they use authentic instruments, equipment, and effects that bring the unmistakable sonic atmosphere of the 1970s back to life.

Their repertoire now includes over 80 Pink Floyd songs—from the early Syd Barrett era through all the studio albums to selected tracks from David Gilmour’s solo career. Every concert evening surprises with a new setlist that combines legendary hits with rarely played art-rock gems. This unique blend makes every Distant Bells concert an unforgettable experience.
