More than three decades of Dieter Thomas Kuhn & Band – that’s well over 30 years of music. It
is the story of a rather mad idea that turned into an extraordinary success story
. In recent years, however, Dieter Thomas Kuhn & Band have rarely
appear on stage together. Philip’s health made many performances impossible. As
it is impossible to predict how the situation will develop, the band has taken a difficult
decided: in 2027, there will be one final series of major joint concerts, and these
be the last.
To mark the occasion, they’ll be pulling out all the stops once more: the big hits and the perhaps even bigger
memories. The flared trousers. The sunflowers. The glitter. The blow-dry waves. Because anyone who’s ever
been right in the thick of it knows: an evening with Dieter Thomas Kuhn & Band was never just a concert.
Thousands of voices once more. That sight once more, when the Waldbühne transforms for a few hours into that very special, colourful Dieter Thomas Kuhn world. Celebrating, singing,
dancing and going completely over the top together.
