The IMPROVISIONÄRE
With their charm, wit and experience, the IMPROVISIONÄRE are perhaps the most modest – and at the same time the most original – improvisational theatre group in the world. Since their formation in 2010 by actors Vera Schmidt and Marc C. Behrens, they have been thrilling audiences in Berlin and across Germany. Here, theatre becomes true democracy: the audience decides what is performed – and, at the end, even the theme of the next performance.
More than just theatre
The Improvisionäre are not only active on stage, but are also involved in integration projects and cultural education, run seminars on communication and team-building, and are constantly developing new forms of theatre.
