From April 13-21, 2023, the data lab will be transformed into an interactive exhibition around the topic of data and its influence on society. Data education is one of the most important social tasks of our young decade. In the exhibition, visitors:inside interactively engage with big questions that make data and its diverse application contexts directly tangible: What is data? What can you do with it? What does it have to do with me?
The exhibition will be accompanied by a pop-up café, interactive workshops and evening events, in which fear of contact will be reduced and people with no previous knowledge will be invited to visit the exciting world of data. At four evening events on the topics of data x (society, body, city and work) with exciting guests and speakers, visitors will be immersed in exciting perspectives from data experts from science, art and society.
Parallel to the exhibition, workshop formats are offered in the Experiementierraum, where participants can make their very own hands-on experiences with topics such as data collection, data visualization or a data ethics check for their own projects.
