Musicians from the former Dresden band “electra” are bringing their most beautiful and well-known songs back to the stage, performed and sung live once again with their current band, “CrazyBirds.”

The musicians are the “electra” veterans Andreas “Bruno” Leuschner (keyboards, vocals) and Ecki Lipske (guitar, vocals), as well as Angela Ullrich (drums, vocals—founder of the first (!) East German all-female rock band “NaUnd”) and Tom Vogel (bass guitar, vocals).
With their excellent playing and captivating harmonies, they turn the concert into a special experience.
They’ll also perform selected songs by the unforgettable singer and “electra” member Stephan Trepte, who passed away too soon in 2020—“Wenn die Blätter fallen” and “Uhren ohne Zeiger.” Of course, an indispensable part of every one of the band’s concerts is the “Jethro Tull” anthem “Locomotive Breath,” which became well-known in this country through the “electra” version.
