Insects are everywhere in our daily lives, yet they often go unnoticed and are overlooked.

This workshop aims to bring some order to the multi-legged jumble of shapes, colors, and species, to help students understand the basics of taxonomy in the insect kingdom, and above all, to overcome their fear of touching them.

After a brief introduction to the world of creepy-crawlies, students can head out into the field in expert groups and conduct investigations under the binocular microscope.
